If you receive either a Fully Favorable Decision or a Partially Favorable Decision, you will eventually receive another notice, entitled “Notice of Award,” which provides payment information such as the amount of your back pay and how it was calculated, how much your attorney’s fee will be and how it was calculated, how much your monthly benefit will be and when it will be begin, and information about the existence and amount of any offsets or deductions. There is no set timeline for when you will receive the Notice of Award. It could take days, weeks or months. It depends how long it takes for your award to be processed.
