Many cases are denied because the applicant failed to get recommended treatment which may have improved his or her condition. If you do not get recommended treatment, the disability examiner or ALJ might think you do not want to get better and that you just want to be on disability. Take all medications exactly as prescribed.  Do not take more than the amount prescribed. Do not miss doses. Do not stop taking your medications without first consulting your doctor. If you have problems remembering to take your medications properly, consider putting someone you trust in charge of dispensing them.
